Participants for WOC 2009.

For the 2009 WOC, all National Federations that arrange a National Championship and World Othello Championship qualifications can send 3 players + 1 extra female player.

A nation that doesn't have a National Federation, but arranges a National Championship and World Othello Championship qualifications, can ask to send 1 player.

If you're interested in participating in the 2009 WOC, and you live in one of the named countries below, please contact your federation for information on how to qualify. (You can find how to contact your federation at the World Othello Federation homepage).

In order for any player to be properly registered to participate at the 2009 WOC, the respective National Federation Chairman must send the 2009 WOC T.D. an email with the information on that player. This must be done before September 1st.

If you are interested in participating in the 2009 WOC, and you live in one of the countries that does not have a National Federation, but arranges National Championships, please contact the tournament director and we can help you contact the appropriate person. This also must be done before September 1st.

If you are interested in participating in the 2009 WOC and live in a country which does not have WOC qualifications or a federation, please contact the tournament director before September 1st.

Important:
A player is not registered for the WOC 2009 until they're listed on the WOC 2009 player list. Any player not on the list is not qualified for the WOC. It's important that the National Federation's chairman or person responsible quickly contacts the Tournament Director after the national qualifications are done!
This list will be official as of September 20th.

Nations who do not have a National Federation, but arrange national championships or have a WOC-qualification tournament the possibility to send 1 player. Please contact the tournament director for more information.
This must be done before October 1st.
