Staff
The offical staff consists of local TD and and assistants from Belgium, Head TD Benkt Steentoft and Technical TD Emmanuel Lazard,

The tasks of the staff are:
- running the tournament
- live games publishing/transcripts
- data entry
- documentation
- information/media

Helpers
Others are most welcome to come and help us, but unfortunately free lunches and the Victory Dinner are limited to the players and the official staff.

These persons will be able to enjoy the arrangements made by the venue, but will have pay for those:
- lunch with soup
- coffee/water/thee during the day
- afternoon break with fruit and orange juice
(be aware that extra drinks and small breakfast are not included in this offer)
This is available on Thursday and Friday for 15,5€ per dag / per person. Contact the Local TD to make a reservation.
